Job Description

A sales professional responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts within the Banking and Capital Markets sector, managing the full sales cycle, building strategic relationships, and demonstrating the value of Celonis' process mining solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new opportunities within enterprise accounts to secure new logos
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across multiple lines of business
  • Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs and demonstrate the value of Celonis solutions
  • Present use-case-specific pitches and demos to showcase the impact of Celonis solutions
  • Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS providers to enhance value propositions
  • Leverage team support including business development, pre-sales, customer success, and marketing to drive sales success

Requirements

  • Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A strong track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on securing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets, with at least 8 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Expertise in Complex Sales: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the ability to engage with C-level executives such as CFO, COO, CSCO, and CPO.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators across functions like Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Vertical Industry Experience: Experience or knowledge in selling to the Insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to confidently influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience in Managing the Entire Sales Cycle: Ability to identify, develop, and close six-figure deals from prospecting and qualification to closing.
  • Ability to Build Relationships with Strategic Stakeholders: Engage with C-level executives, operational leaders, and key decision-makers across multiple lines of business.
  • Solution Development Skills: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and demonstrate how Celonis solutions can address their strategic and operational challenges.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with partners such as Big 4 consulting firms, SaaS providers, and industry partners to enhance value propositions.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal teams including business development representatives, pre-sales, customer success, marketing managers, and partner managers.
  • Visa Sponsorship: The candidate must be eligible to work in North America as visa sponsorship is not offered.
