Job Description
A Senior Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of assets, optimizing their performance, and implementing strategies to maximize value and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of assets to maximize value and performance
- Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans
- Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for stakeholders
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred
- Proven track record of managing large-scale asset portfolios effectively
- Strong understanding of asset valuation, investment analysis, and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic asset management decisions
- Experience with asset management software and financial analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Willingness to travel as required for site visits and stakeholder meetings
