A Senior Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of assets, optimizing their performance, and implementing strategies to maximize value and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a portfolio of assets to maximize value and performance
Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans
Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency
Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for stakeholders
Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance activities
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred
Proven track record of managing large-scale asset portfolios effectively
Strong understanding of asset valuation, investment analysis, and financial modeling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement
Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic asset management decisions
Experience with asset management software and financial analysis tools
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Willingness to travel as required for site visits and stakeholder meetings
