Job Description
This role involves leading graduate talent acquisition strategies within a remote-first tech company, focusing on building partnerships with academic institutions, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes, and applying scientific methods to assess and select top junior talent globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build effective partnerships with academic institutions to promote graduate opportunities
- Create compelling propositions to attract top graduate talent
- Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights and improve hiring processes
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess motivations and behaviors
- Develop and maintain relationships with global stakeholders to ensure hiring objectives are met
- Analyze data and build dashboards to monitor hiring outcomes and performance metrics
- Review and optimize hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with external platforms and third parties to maximize recruitment effectiveness
- Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from hiring practices
- Advise on and implement scientific approaches to talent selection and assessment
Requirements
- An exceptional academic background from both high school and university, with a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology or People based subject.
- Experience of hiring talent in the technology industry, with an informed viewpoint on graduate hiring.
- A highly data driven mindset with the ability to create measurable outcomes, using SQL.
- Passionate about how an organisation selects talent using scientific approaches with a viewpoint on how to predict and measure hiring outcomes.
- Exposure to psychometric assessments, including interpretation (preferable).
- Experience of conducting behavioural, competency based interviews with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on how to get the best out of an interview.
- Experience with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Superset, Thomas International DISC assessments (advantageous).
- A high level of personal organisation and self drive to work remotely and be effective.
- Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each.
