This role involves applying scientific and analytical methods to optimize talent selection processes in a remote-first tech company, focusing on behavioral assessments, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the hiring of top global talent.
Key Responsibilities
Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights and support efficient hiring processes
Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into motivations and behaviors
Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with hiring goals
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that inform talent decisions
Review and improve hiring processes and tools for continuous optimization
Collaborate with external platforms and third parties to maximize recruitment effectiveness
Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from hiring practices
Advise on and interpret psychometric assessments to inform talent evaluation
Train stakeholders in behavioral and competency-based interview techniques
Requirements
An exceptional academic background including a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology based subject.
Experience of hiring talent in the technology or consulting industry.
A highly data driven mindset with the ability to create measurable outcomes.
Passionate about how an organisation selects talent using scientific approaches with viewpoint on how to predict and measure hiring outcomes.
Strong behavioural interviewing techniques competency based and psychometric assessments.
Excellent analytical problem solving ability to identify trends and patterns using SQL, Python, and/or advanced statistical analysis.
Exposure to psychometric assessments, including interpretation.
Experience of conducting behavioural, competency based interviews with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on how to get the best out of an interview.
A high level of personal organisation and self drive to work remotely and be effective.
Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each.
