A Senior HR Generalist role focused on delivering compliant HR operations, advising on employee lifecycle issues, and partnering with leadership across the EMEA region within a remote-first, open source technology company.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner with high accuracy
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to create impact across HR initiatives
Manage HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, and engagement initiatives
Partner with managers on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards, and workforce planning
Develop and refine HR operational processes in partnership with the HRIS team
Coach and advise managers on employee relations issues across multiple countries
Support the delivery of training and development programs
Establish trusted partnerships with regional business leaders
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Design policies and deliver global HR-related projects
Requirements
Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
Regional HR experience within EMEA, specifically France, Germany, and/or UK, with an understanding of local labor laws, competitive awareness, and insights
Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
Hands-on involvement in daily HR routines, balancing leading and executing responsibilities
Experience mentoring and developing others
Strong project management skills with the ability to define completion criteria and keep deliverables on track
Experience working in a remote-first organization
Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
Fluent in business English, both written and spoken
Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-oriented, open-minded, and enthusiastic
Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
