Job Description

A Senior HR Generalist role responsible for delivering compliant HR operations, advising on employee lifecycle issues, and partnering with leadership across the EMEA region to support talent development, engagement, and diversity initiatives in a remote, global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to create impactful HR initiatives
  • Manage HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, and engagement initiatives
  • Partner with managers on performance management, organizational design, rewards, and workforce planning
  • Develop and refine HR operational processes in partnership with the HRIS team
  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations issues across multiple countries
  • Support delivery of training and development programs for employees
  • Establish trusted partnerships with regional business leaders
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Design and implement HR policies and global HR projects

Requirements

  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
  • HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
  • Regional HR experience within EMEA France, Germany and or UK is a plus, with an understanding of local labor laws, competitive awareness and insights
  • Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on involvement in the daily HR routines, leading and executing HR activities
  • Experience mentoring and developing others
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to define done and keep deliverables on track
  • Experience working in a remote first organization
  • Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Fluent in business English written and spoken
  • Self motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-orientated, open-minded and enthusiastic
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
