A Regional Marketing Manager for EMEA at Canonical is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across various industries to support company growth, working closely with sales, product, and partner teams in a remote, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for specific industries within the EMEA region
Set and monitor KPIs for lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness campaigns
Create and manage organic and paid marketing campaigns, including content creation and visual assets
Plan, organize, and execute webinars and regional offline events
Collaborate with the CRM team to attract, engage, and communicate with audiences
Manage regional marketing budget planning and adjustments
Work closely with regional sales teams to incorporate their insights into marketing strategies
Requirements
Experience in B2B marketing for enterprise IT products, SaaS experience
Experience working with the EMEA market
Excellent academic results, with Bachelor’s or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or STEM
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
Hands-on mindset and ability to test various marketing assumptions attributing to scaling the most efficient ways of achieving positive marketing results
Growth mindset - enthusiasm for challenges and work ethic with a can do attitude
Objectivity and openness to others views while continuously building a positive team spirit
Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategy for certain industries within the EMEA region
Ability to set relevant KPIs for lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness campaigns and monitor and improve them on a regular basis
Experience building organic and paid campaigns from scratch including crafting strong copy and creating visual assets for emails, social media, and paid ads in line with brand standards
Experience owning webinars and regional offline events at all stages from planning to execution, including pre- and post-event strategies, webinar setup, and streaming
Ability to work with the CRM team to attract, convert, engage, and communicate with new and existing audiences
Full responsibility for regional budget planning and execution, including constantly monitoring and adjusting it accordingly
Collaborating extensively with regional sales teams to gather insights and implement them into the regional marketing strategy
