Job Description
This role involves managing and mentoring a team of sales development representatives to generate and maintain a multi-million dollar sales pipeline, while fostering skill development and a culture of continuous improvement in a remote, innovative open-source technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-10 SDRs and BDRs to develop their sales skills and establish a strong team culture
- Maintain a multi-million dollar sales pipeline through inbound and outbound lead management
- Drive team activities using data and analytics to ensure continuous improvement and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology
- Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, being curious, flexible, and scientific
- Creative problem solving and cross team collaboration skills
- Leadership experience of one form or another
- Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
- Primary objective to manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs/BDRs and maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline
