Job Description
A strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue through various technology partners, while managing a team and fostering collaborative partner relationships in a global, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue through key partners.
- Lead and manage a team of partner marketing managers to run partner programs.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint value propositions and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of partner campaigns from recruitment to demand generation.
- Engage and elevate the partner community with compelling content and communication.
- Manage the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for partner activities.
- Implement and utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to optimize partner marketing ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse technology partners across the ecosystem.
- Align partner marketing activities with broader company campaigns and strategies.
- Mentor and develop a team of partner marketers, fostering a culture of testing and optimization.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem including Silicon, IHV, ISV, ODM OEMs, cloud service providers and channels is essential for this role.
- Demonstrated leadership in aligning diverse partners around Go To Market strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing programs in the technology space.
- Experience reporting on complex partner marketing activities and touchpoints.
- Ability to create a culture of excellence, agility and self-drive in your team.
- Outstanding communications skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional academic results both at high school and university.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 4 times a year for company events up to two weeks long.
- Experience in leading distributed teams across different time zones.
