Job Description
A Business Systems Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise systems like NetSuite and Salesforce, collaborating with teams to improve business processes, and ensuring system compliance to support Canonical's global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems
- Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews
- Learn and understand Canonical business processes
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback based on seniority
- Develop and promote engineering and organizational best practices
Requirements

- Have an exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a technical subject or have a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
- Have a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results.
- Have experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM ERP systems.
- Possess professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Be result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Be able to travel internationally twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long.
