Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of engineers across various experience levels

Requirements
An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or a compelling narrative about an alternative educational path.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring software developers.
Ability to develop engineering talent, represent your team and product from a technical perspective, and drive collaboration with other teams and customers.
Experience in line management and career guidance for engineering teams.
Ability to lead and develop a team of engineers, ranging from graduate to senior level.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Advanced expertise in your domain, with solid experience in software development.
Knowledgeable and passionate about software development.

Self-starting and able to deliver to schedule.

Willingness and ability to travel twice a year for company events, up to two weeks each time.
