Job Description
A financial professional responsible for supporting month-end reporting, ledger processes, and statutory reporting, with a focus on IFRS standards, to help prepare the company for its planned IPO and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the month-end reporting process to deliver timely and accurate financial information
- Manage specific ledger processes relevant to your expertise
- Support the year-end audit process and statutory reporting
- Contribute to preparing the business for an IPO
- Improve the efficiency of financial processes and ensure compliance
- Share knowledge with team members to ensure coverage and collaboration
- Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
- Have a bachelor s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Be a qualified accountant with certifications such as ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CPA, etc.
- Have experience working at a large public accounting firm or in a public multinational corporate accounting department.
- Possess IFRS experience and demonstrate a passion for IFRS standards.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise-grade systems.
- Be willing to travel up to four times per year.
