Job Description
The Project Manager IV oversees the management and coordination of a large, complex science project involving the design and construction of a biotechnology laboratory facility, providing leadership, client relations, team management, and ensuring project quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project management activities for a large, complex science project within an on-site office environment.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and team development to ensure project success.
- Coordinate planning efforts with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to meet project delivery requirements.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to achieve financial and performance objectives.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead design, documentation, and implementation processes during construction, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management planning.
- Manage project documentation, records, and decision tracking in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure statutory and QA/QC requirements are met, monitoring technical quality and enforcing standards.
- Coordinate workload and provide leadership to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a relevant field is required.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience required.
- Prior S T project experience is preferred.
- Current licensure or registration in the United States is preferred.
- LEED accreditation is preferred.
- Must have the ability to be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess business acumen.
- Must be a critical thinker.
- Must be highly analytical.
- Strong technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with and lead the project team and client is essential.
- Must be a fully qualified professional able to perform work with a high degree of latitude, with some ambiguity in work.
- Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam as well as other data management software is required.

Salary range of $106,200 to $132,800 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
