Job Description
This position involves leading project management and team leadership within an architectural or design firm, focusing on client relations, project delivery, process management, and ensuring quality and profitability across health-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships and communicate project issues clearly
- Lead project teams to achieve quality, budget, schedule, and profitability goals
- Manage design, documentation, and implementation processes during construction
- Coordinate and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget using planning tools
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance
- Facilitate team collaboration, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Oversee quality assurance and control processes to maintain technical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a relevant field is required.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience required.
- Experience managing health projects is required.
- Current licensure or registration in the United States is preferred.
- LEED accreditation is preferred.
- Must have the ability to be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess business acumen.
- Must be a critical thinker.
- Must be highly analytical.
- Strong technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with and lead the project team and client is essential.
- Must be a fully qualified professional able to perform work with a high degree of latitude, with some ambiguity in work.
- Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam as well as other data management software is required.
