Job Description
This position involves project management, team leadership, client relationship development, and overseeing design and construction processes within an architecture or engineering firm, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop client relationships to foster future opportunities
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, including work plan development
- Oversee design and documentation processes during construction
- Coordinate and lead project team activities, providing mentorship and feedback
- Ensure technical quality and compliance with standards and statutory requirements
- Implement risk management and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication of project objectives and issues to clients and team members
- Participate in business development and project negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction or a relevant field is required.
- Minimum 6 years of related experience required.
- Current licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
- LEED accreditation is preferred.
- Must have the ability to be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess business acumen.
- Must be a critical thinker.
- Must be highly analytical.
- Strong technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with and lead the project team and client is essential.
- Must be a fully qualified professional able to perform work under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam as well as other data management software is required.
