Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the firm-wide Mental Behavioral Health Market, including strategic planning, market intelligence, and growth initiatives.
Develop and implement business plans to drive submarket growth, client engagement, and brand positioning.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target clients to achieve revenue and top-line growth goals.
Lead high-level client relationships, providing project leadership and fostering long-term partnerships.
Represent the submarket externally through speaking engagements, writing, and promoting the firm's work.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance market differentiation, brand recognition, and team leadership.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure successful implementation of business plan initiatives and profitability targets.
Build and mentor a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive team, fostering leadership and professional development.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a relevant field.
Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred.
Additional certifications and/or training relevant to this role are preferred.
Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Mental Behavioral Health Market within the Design Industry A E C, with a preference for 20 years of related experience.
Proven track record of top line, strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Mental Behavioral Health Market within the Design Industry A E C.
Strong presentation skills are essential.
Exceptional client and people leadership skills required.
Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
Must be able to demonstrate sound judgement and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
Some travel required.
