Job Description
This position involves contributing to architectural design and development for a large healthcare facility project, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, creating visualizations, and supporting project coordination under the supervision of a Licensed Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to conceptual and architectural design as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Prepare design presentations, including 3D visualizations and illustrative graphics
- Contribute to the production of BIM models and related deliverables
- Participate in project coordination with other disciplines
- Review shop drawing submittals under guidance from the Project Architect
- Participate in site visits and project team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
- Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience required.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work.
- Experience with design, material selection, coordination, and architectural development as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts including 3D design visualizations and other illustrative graphics.
- Ability to contribute to production of the BIM model and associated deliverables under direction.
- Ability to participate in project coordination with other disciplines.
- Ability to review shop drawing submittals with guidance from the Project Architect.
- Willingness to perform site visits.
- Ability to attend and actively participate in project team meetings.
- Professional business attire required for client meetings, including suits, ties, collared dress shirts, dresses, and skirts.
- Travel required.
- Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
