This position involves supporting architectural design and documentation within a multidisciplinary team, assisting with project development from conceptual design to construction, and producing architectural drawings and models using Revit under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design team in the development, coordination, and detailing of architectural materials and systems.
Build physical building models and produce architectural documentation under supervision.
Create graphics and visual materials for client presentations.
Assist in research initiatives related to architectural projects.
Contribute to all phases of projects from conceptual design through construction documents.
Review shop drawing submittals and respond to client questions with supervisory guidance.
Use REVIT to produce plans, elevations, and sections in coordination with project team.
Coordinate project documents with other disciplines and attend team meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
Minimum 2 years of related professional experience required.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in Canada preferred.
Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Demonstrates independent judgment in handling responsibilities at this level.
