Job Description
This position involves supporting architectural design and documentation within a multidisciplinary team, assisting with project development from conceptual design to construction, and producing architectural drawings and models using Revit under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design team in the development, coordination, and detailing of architectural materials and systems.
- Build physical building models and produce architectural documentation under supervision.
- Create graphics and visual materials for client presentations.
- Assist in research initiatives related to architectural projects.
- Contribute to all phases of projects from conceptual design through construction documents.
- Review shop drawing submittals and respond to client questions with supervisory guidance.
- Use REVIT to produce plans, elevations, and sections in coordination with project team.
- Coordinate project documents with other disciplines and attend team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience required.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in Canada preferred.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Demonstrates independent judgment in handling responsibilities at this level.
