Job Description
This position involves providing architectural support within a multidisciplinary team for the design and documentation of a large healthcare facility, utilizing Revit and other design tools, and participating in all phases from conceptual design to construction. The role requires collaboration, communication, and adherence to professional standards in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural support in design, material selection, coordination, and detailing of architectural systems.
- Build physical building models and produce architectural documentation under supervision.
- Prepare graphics and images for client presentations.
- Assist in research initiatives and support activities during conceptual design through construction documents.
- Review shop drawing submittals and respond to client questions with supervisory guidance.
- Work in REVIT to produce plans, elevations, and sections under supervision.
- Coordinate project documents with other disciplines and participate in project meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience required.
- Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Demonstrates independent judgment in handling responsibilities at this level.
