Job Description
This role involves leading architectural design and technical development of projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance and quality standards, and contributing to business growth within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, production, coordination, and detailing of architectural projects.
- Coordinate engineering systems with engineers and consultants.
- Develop design sketches for site plans.
- Communicate project status, design intent, and updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in business development and marketing activities.
- Perform field site observations and walk-throughs.
- Integrate sustainable and performance-based design strategies into projects.
- Implement project delivery processes using established methods, standards, and tools.
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members and interns.
- Ensure technical quality and compliance through QA/QC processes and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 8 years of related professional experience required.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
- Must possess business acumen.
- Must be a critical thinker.
- Must be highly analytical.
- Must be a fully qualified professional able to perform work with a high degree of latitude, with some ambiguity in work.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
