This role involves contributing to architectural design, coordination, and detailing within a multidisciplinary team, overseeing project documentation, ensuring code compliance, and providing field observations, with opportunities for leadership and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing within a multi-disciplinary team
Assist in coordinating engineering systems with engineers and consultants
Maintain communication with the Owner and Consultants regarding project status and design concerns
Prepare design sketches of site plans
Ensure project documents are coordinated across disciplines
Evaluate designs for code compliance and assist in plan review and approvals
Perform field site observations and visits
Coordinate with team members on project assignments
Supervise, monitor, and train interns and less experienced team members
Take leadership roles in project team meetings and possibly in marketing proposals
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required.
Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
Must be a critical thinker.
Must be highly analytical.
Must be a fully qualified professional.
Must possess technical capabilities.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
