Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of civil engineers and support staff.
Oversee planning, design, and execution of land development projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
Develop and implement regional strategies to drive growth and profitability in land development.
Create and execute business development plans to expand market presence and secure new projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and reputation.
Ensure successful delivery of land development projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license or Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans
Experience overseeing the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements
