Job Description
This role involves contributing to architectural design, coordination, and documentation within a multidisciplinary team, including site visits, client communication, and potential leadership responsibilities, requiring a licensed architect with relevant experience and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Assist in coordinating engineering systems with engineers and consultants.
- Maintain communication with the Owner and Consultants regarding project status, design intent, and concerns.
- Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans.
- Ensure project document coordination across disciplines.
- Evaluate designs for code compliance and assist in plan check review and approvals.
- Perform field site observations and visits.
- Supervise, monitor, train, and direct work of interns and less experienced team members.
- Take leadership roles in project teams and meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Must be a fully qualified professional.
- Must possess technical capabilities.
- Must be a critical thinker and highly analytical.
- Must be able to perform work with some degree of latitude and with some ambiguity in work.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Must have strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
