Job Description
This role involves supporting architectural design and documentation within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on project coordination, model building, and client presentations under the supervision of a Licensed Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, selection, coordination, and detailing of architectural materials and systems.
- Build physical building models and produce architectural documentation.
- Prepare graphics materials and images for client presentations.
- Participate in research initiatives and support activities during conceptual design through construction documents.
- Review shop drawing submittals and respond to client questions under supervision.
- Use REVIT to produce plans, elevations, and sections under guidance.
- Coordinate project documents with other disciplines.
- Attend project team meetings and participate in project presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience required.
- Council of Architecture - India certificate required.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Strong creative design portfolio required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Demonstrates independent judgment in handling responsibilities at this level.
