The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting geothermal data to support the development and operation of renewable energy projects, primarily focusing on geothermal systems, while collaborating with engineering teams and managing project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, manage, and analyze geothermal data from various sources
Coordinate project design assignments and collaborate with engineering team
Assist in developing technical content and presentation materials for client meetings and conferences
Support innovation initiatives to improve geothermal development processes and communications
Assist with utility and state incentive applications and manage relationships in the Northeast region
Perform engineering calculations and develop technical specifications for geothermal projects
Maintain project documentation and manage tasks using project management tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering
At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, team organization, and/or renewable energy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and Procore
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to perform engineering calculations, develop technical specifications, and assist in the development of engineering project deliverables
Ability to coordinate project design assignments and collaborate with engineering teams
Ability to assist in developing technical content and presentation materials for client meetings, submittals, and conferences
Ability to understand key building systems and renewable energy space
Ability to prepare, organize, document, and distribute meeting notes
Ability to maintain geothermal assignments and tasks in Procore and Monday.com
Ability to perform data collection, management, analysis, and interpretation from various sources, including internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week
Ability to work in an office setting and/or remote work environment, with travel up to 30% to office work project sites in the greater Northeast Region and/or East Coast
Pre-employment background check including employment verification, criminal history check, and drug screen

Salary range of $75,000-$95,000 annually, with potential for performance-based bonus
Work schedule of at least 40 hours per week, with overtime pay for non-exempt employees
