The role involves supporting the development and operational planning of geothermal projects by providing technical expertise, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project feasibility and efficiency from pursuit through preconstruction stages.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Operations SME supporting project pursuit and preconstruction phases.
Act as the main technical, construction process, and operational contact during project development.
Lead and coordinate the operational preconstruction process from concept to handoff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project strategy and field execution.
Evaluate constructability, operational risks, equipment needs, and resource requirements during development.
Support innovation initiatives to optimize drilling, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Partner with leadership to forecast revenue from business development opportunities and assess operational capabilities.
Assist in developing and refining preconstruction workflows, tools, and operational standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Construction, or related field.
1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in engineering, construction, energy, or related technical fields.
Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Interest in geothermal drilling operations, renewable energy, or construction operations (preferred).
Experience with CRM platform Hubspot (required).
Experience with project management or construction platforms such as Procore, Monday.com, etc. (preferred).
Work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.

Travel up to 25% to project sites in the greater Northeast Region and possibly beyond in the United States.
