Job Description
A Sales Representative in the Repairs Division is responsible for servicing repair and masonry customers in the Indianapolis area, utilizing provided leads and company resources, with training provided for those without industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Service repairs and masonry customers in designated areas
- Utilize the company's sales system and tools to generate and manage leads
- Provide customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Represent the company professionally and maintain respect for customer property
Requirements
- Must be willing to service repairs and masonry customers around the Southside of Indianapolis and or Greenwood area.
- Must be willing to work as a Sales Representative for Bone Dry Roofing.
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle, as Bone Dry Roofing supplies a company vehicle and fuel.
- Must be able to work with all provided leads for sales opportunities.
- Must be introduced to and utilize the Industry Leading Sales System provided by Bone Dry Roofing.
- Must be trained and certified in their task at hand, as all members of the Bone Dry crew are trained and certified.
- Must demonstrate respect for the homeowner and their property, in line with company values.
- Must be able to perform sales duties without prior industry experience, as industry experience is not required and training will be provided.
