Job Description
A Management in Training (MIT) program position at Bone Dry Roofing that offers onsite training and hands-on experience to develop skills for future leadership roles in the roofing industry, including managing divisions, cultivating business, and developing teams.

Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
- Must have the ability to travel to various markets for hands-on experience as part of the training program.
- Must be based onsite at the Indianapolis Headquarters for training and support in the onsite learning environment at Bone Dry University.
- Must be willing to participate in a Management in Training Program that includes mastering knowledge and skills to eventually run a division or market, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
- Must be committed to providing proactive solutions for customers through a reliable and seamless approach as part of the training.
- Must be able to complete all training and development activities provided by Bone Dry University and the program.
- Must be able to work in a construction-related environment, which may include physical demands typical of the roofing industry (implied but not explicitly stated in the posting).
