Job Description
A Sales Representative role focused on servicing repairs and masonry customers in the Indianapolis area, providing company vehicles, leads, and training in an industry-leading sales system to succeed in a growing roofing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Service repairs and masonry customers in the Indianapolis area
- Utilize the company's sales system and tools to generate and follow up on leads
- Attend training to learn industry sales techniques and product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service with respect for homeowners and their property
Requirements
- Must be able to service repairs and masonry customers around the Indianapolis area.
- Must be willing to learn and be trained in the company's Industry Leading Sales System, as industry experience is not required.
- Must have the ability to work with a company vehicle, fuel, and all provided leads.
- Must be able to demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property.
- Must be able to operate as part of a team within a family-owned and operated company environment.
