Job Description
A Repair Technician specializing in gutters and siding, responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining these systems to enhance the appearance and functionality of residential properties while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair gutters and siding on residential properties
- Represent Bone Dry Roofing professionally and maintain high standards of customer service
- Ensure work is completed with attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain punctuality and integrity in all job duties
- Provide respectful and honest communication with customers
Requirements
- Experience working with gutters and siding, including repair and installation tasks
- Ability to represent Bone Dry Roofing with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity
- Provide customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service
- Keen eye for detail and a knack for working with your hands
- Passion for enhancing the curb appeal and functionality of homes (personal or professional interest in home improvement is implied)
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with gutter and siding repair and installation
- Ability to work safely and effectively in various weather conditions
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
