The Project Manager will oversee and manage commercial roofing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety, with a focus on low slope roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Apply extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, especially low slope applications
- Maintain safety standards on job sites throughout project execution
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and installation experience of commercial roofing systems, particularly low slope applications
- Ability to oversee and manage commercial roofing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
