Job Description
A Field Project Foreman in the Commercial Roofing division is responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, managing job organization, and communicating with customers to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Supervise roofing installation activities and ensure quality workmanship
- Organize and coordinate job site activities throughout the roof replacement process
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and issues
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Roofing professional with leadership abilities, including overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Strong customer communication skills to manage customer interactions throughout the roof replacement process
- Experience in job organization and supervision of roofing projects from start to finish
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
- Drive to ensure project success and meet project goals
