Job Description
A Home Solution Specialist meets with homeowners to provide guidance and solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, utilizing a leading sales system, with full training and support provided in the Indianapolis area.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss and recommend solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs
- Guide homeowners through the sales process using the Bone Dry WE CARE system
- Participate in training and support programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Ability to meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
- Interest in a career change or having a customer service background.
- Willingness to be fully trained and supported on the Bone Dry WE CARE system, an industry-leading sales system.
