Job Description
A Home Solution Specialist meets with homeowners to provide guidance and solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, supporting customers through sales and service in the home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their needs for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs
- Guide homeowners through solutions and product options
- Promote and sell home improvement services using the Bone Dry WE CARE sales system
- Participate in training and support programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Ability to meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
- Interest in a career change or having a customer service background.
- Willingness to be fully trained and supported in the Bone Dry WE CARE sales system.
- Availability to work in multiple locations within the Indianapolis area, including offices on the Northside and Southside of Indianapolis.
