Job Description
A Home Solution Specialist meets with homeowners to recommend and guide them through solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, providing training and support in a sales-oriented environment within the home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their needs for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs
- Guide homeowners through solutions and product options
- Utilize the Bone Dry WE CARE sales system to facilitate sales processes
- Participate in training to develop expertise in home improvement solutions
- Support customers throughout the sales and service process
Requirements
- Ability to meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
- Interest in a career change or having a customer service background.
- Willingness to undergo training on the Bone Dry WE CARE system, an industry-leading sales system.
- Willingness to participate in full training and support provided by Bone Dry Roofing.
