Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems to ensure safety, durability, and performance. The role involves working on various roofing projects and providing top-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems
- Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Install roofing materials and components according to specifications and safety standards
Requirements
- Must have experience working as a Commercial Roofing Service Technician or in a similar roofing role.
- Must possess the physical ability to perform roofing tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working at heights.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Must have knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and safety procedures related to commercial roofing.
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, or specifications related to roofing projects.
- Must be willing to undergo training and development to enhance skills and knowledge related to commercial roofing.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to complete roofing projects efficiently and safely.
