Repair Technician

• Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and execute necessary repair solutions • Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing honest assessments and maintaining strong customer service • Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights • Document findings and ensure all repair jobs meet company quality standards • Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions

• 1–2 years of roofing or related repair experience • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service • Ability to work overtime as needed • Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
