- Proven track record of completing projects safely, on time, and with high quality standards.
- Leadership skills focused on developing team members and fostering a team-focused work environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to serving customers and contributing to long-term stability and growth of the company.
- Ability to work immediately upon hiring, indicating availability and readiness to start work without delay.
