A leadership role responsible for supervising commercial roofing crews, supporting project managers, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and with high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise roofing crews to ensure project completion
- Support project managers in planning and executing projects
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and with high quality
Requirements
- Experience in commercial roofing or related construction field with a demonstrated ability to supervise crews and support project managers.
- Ability to ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and with the highest level of quality.
- Proven leadership skills in guiding and developing construction crews.
- Strong commitment to developing others, serving customers, and contributing to long-term stability and growth.
- Ability to support and support project managers in the execution of roofing projects.
- Physical ability to perform supervisory duties on construction sites, including overseeing crews and inspecting work.
- Willingness to join the Indianapolis team immediately.
