Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, manages job organization, and communicates with customers to ensure project success and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Supervise roofing job sites and organize work activities throughout the project
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and issues
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Roofing professional with leadership abilities, including overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers throughout the roof replacement process
- Experience in job organization and supervision of roofing projects
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for quality workmanship
- Demonstrated drive to ensure project success
- Willingness to participate in training and ride-along coaching provided by the employer
