Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, manages job organization and customer communication, and provides leadership to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Supervise roofing job sites and organize work activities
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and issues
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Roofing professional with leadership abilities, including overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.
- Ability to supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.
- Strong customer communication skills to manage customer interactions throughout the roof replacement process.
- Experience in job organization and supervision of roofing projects from start to finish.
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for quality workmanship.
- Drive to ensure project success and meet project goals.
