Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, manages job organization, and communicates with customers to ensure project success while leading a team of roofing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Supervise roofing job sites and organize work throughout the roof replacement process
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and updates
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Roofing professional with leadership abilities, including overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers throughout the roof replacement process
- Experience in job organization and supervision of roofing projects
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for quality workmanship
- Drive to ensure project success
- Willingness to participate in training and ride-along coaching provided by the employer
