A Customer Service Representative at Bee Green's Paint Center responsible for providing exceptional service to contractors and retail customers by processing orders accurately, offering product recommendations, and supporting color matching and coating selection to ensure smooth project progress and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers.
- Fulfill paint product orders accurately and on time.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, tinting, and color matching.
- Support contractors in selecting coatings suitable for various surfaces and conditions.
- Process high-volume orders efficiently while maintaining personalized service.
- Communicate clearly with jobsite crews and customers.
- Maintain product knowledge to support customer inquiries and support in-store experience.
Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers at Bee Green s Paint Center.
- Accurately and promptly fulfill customer orders, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Provide knowledgeable support on paint products, coatings, and application methods.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure they receive the products they need to keep their projects moving, including custom tinting and precise color matching.
- Assist customers in selecting the right coatings for different surfaces and jobsite conditions.
- Support retail customers with product recommendations, tinting, and order pick-up.
- Balance high-volume order processing with personalized customer service.
- Communicate clearly with jobsite crews and customers.
- Take ownership of the in-store experience to ensure professionalism and friendliness.
- Demonstrate accuracy, speed, and product knowledge in all tasks.
- Report to the Paint Center Manager.
