Job Description
The role involves managing and optimizing Aurora's learning management system (Workday LEARN), translating complex data into actionable insights, and supporting talent development initiatives to enhance workforce performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Workday LEARN system, including backend configurations, course deployments, and system optimizations.
- Build insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Mode, Holistics, or Crunchr to inform leadership decisions.
- Oversee the Talent Development technical suite, ensuring seamless integrations and a smooth user experience.
- Translate learning concepts and business problems into structured technical solutions and project plans.
- Streamline administrative processes and remove blockers to improve the efficiency of learning systems.
- Design and implement change management strategies to promote adoption of new learning tools and updates.
Requirements
- Proven Workday LEARN Expertise with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience administrating the Workday LEARN product.
- Analytical Rigor with proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and experience with dashboarding tools such as Mode, Holistics, or Crunchr, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- High Agency Accountability, demonstrating the ability to track, prioritize, and drive projects without needing to be reminded.
- Excellent Communication skills to discuss system architecture with IT and strategy with senior People leaders with equal ease.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset with a focus on improving system efficiency while delivering on current programs.
- Agility and Urgency to thrive in a high-growth environment, deliver with a bias for action, pivot quickly as business needs evolve, and push projects across the finish line on tight timelines without sacrificing quality.
Benefits & Perks
Base salary range: 83,000 - 120,500 per year
