Job Description
The role involves leading the Applications Engineering team to develop and manage a secure SaaS ecosystem, drive enterprise AI strategies, and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency across Aurora's self-driving technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide technical leadership to the Applications Engineering team.
- Architect and oversee a secure, scalable SaaS ecosystem with enterprise applications.
- Develop and execute strategies for enterprise AI solutions and productivity tools.
- Drive automation and integration workflows using APIs, webhooks, and platforms.
- Review system architecture and contribute to complex integration and automation projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver seamless solutions.
- Champion application governance, security, and data management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT, software engineering, or systems engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading engineering teams in delivering complex, large-scale enterprise applications or platform services.
- Deep, hands-on experience administering and integrating a suite of modern SaaS applications such as Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, Slack, and incident management platforms.
- Strong proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.
- Experience in implementing and leveraging AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Benefits & Perks
Base salary range of $139,000 - $223,000
Annual bonus

Hybrid work environment with in-office presence at least 3 days per week
