Job Description
The Senior Strategic Program Manager at Aurora is responsible for driving the scaling of the company's autonomous freight network by developing strategies, leading cross-functional pilot programs, and collaborating with partners to support market expansion and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Set strategy and manage programs for scaling Aurora's go-to-market systems and processes
- Define and develop enroute product support strategies in collaboration with various departments
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, scope, and execute pilot programs for commercial deployment
- Collaborate with partners to design and implement site infrastructure and operational frameworks
- Align commercial and technical roadmaps by translating market needs into development plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, self-driving technology, or other strategic and/or product operations roles.
- Experience demonstrating direct, measurable impact through the design, development, and execution of strategy.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in service of a large workstream.
- Aptitude as a product owner or product manager.
- Comfort with technical depth and engineering requirements.
