Job Description
The Business Process Manager at Aurora will lead operational excellence initiatives within the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organization, focusing on process optimization, automation, data-driven insights, and compliance to support the company's growth and technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and improve supply chain and purchasing workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance process efficiency
- Maintain and update the GPSC Playbook, SOPs, process maps, and policy documentation to ensure scalability and audit readiness
- Design, deploy, and manage real-time KPI dashboards and metrics for proactive leadership insights
- Lead ERP system enhancements by defining requirements and driving automation to reduce manual reporting and close process gaps
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline information flow and reduce manual data entry across teams
- Collaborate with Internal Audit to develop, implement, and monitor SOX controls, ensuring quarterly compliance and audit readiness
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies, including AI tools, to optimize business processes and organizational efficiency
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience driving supply chain process optimization and design, specifically within high-growth technology or manufacturing industries.
- Four (4) years of experience in business process mapping using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro within a hardware environment.
- Direct experience with SOX audits and a deep understanding of internal control frameworks.
- Mastery of ERP platforms, specifically NetSuite, and P2P platforms such as Coupa.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode.
- Practical experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks to supply chain workflows.
- Exceptional ability to map information flow with upstream and downstream impacts and manage relationships between multiple cross-functional systems and tools.

Base salary range: 147,000 - 220,000 per year
