Job Description
The Product Operations Manager at Aurora will oversee the launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of autonomous vehicle capabilities and products, working cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, effective communication, and data-driven decision-making in a safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the launch and adoption of new capabilities and products
- Oversee feedback channels, support triaging, and analyze performance data for continuous improvement
- Partner with customers to develop a capability roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Communicate upcoming launches, opportunities, issues, and decisions to ensure transparency and alignment
- Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and training support related to product capabilities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations, Business Strategy, Product Commercialization, Technical Program Management, or Sales Strategy and Operations.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a related technical subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate the launch and adoption of new capabilities and products.
- Ability to oversee feedback channels, support triaging, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to partner with customers to develop a capability roadmap that supports meeting company objectives.
- Ability to provide transparency and create alignment through effective communication of upcoming launches, opportunities, issues, and decisions.
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance, clarity, and training support.
- Commitment to safety policies and contributing to a safety-conscious work environment.
- Willingness to operate in a hybrid work environment, working in the office at least 3 days per week.
