Job Description
The Technology Services Systems Analyst provides end-user support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems for employees, while managing IT assets and supporting company applications, including Autodesk, to ensure smooth technology operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support via in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, account, and printer issues for users.
- Install and configure software applications and company-standard software.
- Maintain and support the company's network and infrastructure.
- Manage and deploy workstations, networks, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage inventory of IT assets and track them in the company system.
- Support and maintain Autodesk applications and other specialized software.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and password management according to company policies.
- Set up and deploy workstations, networks, and peripherals.
- Stay current with system updates, changes, and new technologies.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in a corporate setting performing the essential functions of this position, including providing end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, account, and printer issues, and installing various software applications.
- Must have networking knowledge and comprehension.
- Must display strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to install and support all company standard software and support all Autodesk applications.
- Ability to develop and demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting all technical related user issues, including hardware, software, account, and printer issues.
- Ability to respond to requests for technical assistance in person, phone, and electronically.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to follow all company support procedures and log all support related tasks in the company support system.
- Ability to maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security according to company policy.
- Ability to set up and deploy workstations, networks, printers, and mobile devices such as cell phones and iPads.
- Ability to manage inventory for workstations, laptops, and other IT assets in the company tracking system.
- Ability to stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
- Must have the ability to take initiative and solve problems with limited direction.
- Ability to lead projects and teams as assigned and directed.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must have extreme attention to detail.
