Job Description
The Technology Services Systems Analyst provides end-user technical support, manages IT assets, maintains network infrastructure, and supports software applications, primarily Autodesk, to ensure smooth IT operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support via in-person, phone, and electronic communication
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, account, and printer issues
- Install and configure software applications and hardware components
- Maintain and support the company's network and infrastructure
- Manage and deploy mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets
- Support and maintain Autodesk applications and other standard software
- Manage IT asset inventory and track equipment in the company system
- Set up and deploy workstations, networks, and printers
- Ensure data security, password management, and file system integrity
- Stay current with system updates and technological changes
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in a corporate setting performing the essential functions of this position, including providing end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, account, and printer issues, installing software applications, and supporting network and infrastructure maintenance.
- Must have networking knowledge and comprehension.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems with limited direction.
- Ability to lead projects and teams as assigned and directed.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field.
